Dr. Bilow currently resides in Oceanport. He and his wife Kate have four sons and a daughter. He enjoys boating, playing squash and spending time with his family.
Born and raised in New Jersey, Dr. Pinky Bhavsar’s own fear of the dentist led her to pursue a career in dentistry. She strives to provide personalized care to patients of all ages, especially those anxious about seeing the dentist.

Dr. Pinky Bhavsar comes from a family of doctors where excellent patient care is a common goal. When she is not treating her patients at NJLD she is educating and mentoring the future dentists at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and 2-year-old daughter.
Dr. Joseph Cecere began his career as a Dental Healthcare professional in June 1982 as a dental assistant at Mountainside Hospital Dental Clinic. He had just completed his freshman year at Penn State and was already focused on helping others meet their dental care needs. The practical experience and knowledge gained at the Hospital would prove to be an invaluable foundation from which to launch his career.
Read More After graduating in the spring of 1985 from PSU, Dr Cecere returned to his home state of New Jersey and completed his Dental training at The University of Medicine and Dentistry in 1989. His career came full circle when he returned to Mountainside Hospital and served the community of Montclair as a member of the General Dentistry Residency Program.
In June 1990, Dr Cecere relocated to Monmouth County, where he has taken pride in practicing dentistry in the community of Tinton Falls. The most rewarding aspect of his career has been the establishment of multigenerational relationships with his patients spanning over three decades. With a strong commitment to continuing dental education, Dr Cecere has enjoyed staying current with the many advancements in Dental Technology and offering these services to his life long patients.
In the summer of 1990, Dr Cecere also meet his future wife Lisa who is from Sea Girt and a professor at Ocean County College. Joe and Lisa got married in August 1997 and live in Wall Township. Both are committed to a life time of learning and the education of others. Joe and Lisa enjoy reading, walking on the local beaches, traveling, gardening and cooking meals at home.
Dr. Andrew Gobran received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from New York University College of Dentistry and went on to complete his General Practice Residency at Monmouth Medical Center.

His greatest joy in dentistry is being able to make the dental experience one that is pleasurable. He understands that going to the dentist may not be the highlight of a person’s day, but he truly does aim to make it a delight.
Those who get to know Dr. Gobran see that he genuinely cares about his patients and it shows through his gentle demeanor. He enjoys treating patients of all ages and aims to work together with the patient to achieve the best form, function, and aesthetics.
Dr. Gobran is an Egyptian-American who was raised in NYC, and now resides in New Jersey. In his free time he enjoys watching basketball, photography, and fitness.
