Our commitment as the team of Dr. Bruce Bilow is to provide the best dental care for all patients based on their individual needs.  We strive to do this with patience, comfort, quality and knowledge.  We continuously work to exceed our patients’ expectations by providing exceptional service with every contact.

Meredith Johnson - Registered Dental Hygienist

Meredith loves spending time with husband, Scott, her two boys, Andrew and Chris, and her “baby boy”, miniature wire-haired dachshund Jack.  She enjoys anything relating to fitness and nutrition. She is an USCF licensed (amateur) competitive cyclist and AFFA certified fitness instructor. She likes to swim, read, ski, surf the web.  She’s trying to figure out how she can combine all of these activities in the confines of our office.  If anyone can, it’s Meredith!  Look for her cycling down the hallway at your next appointment.

Meredith attended Penn State University and received her dental hygiene training and clinical instruction through Montgomery County College in Pennsylvania.  She also pursued a Bachelor of Allied Health through Thomas Edison State College in New Jersey.  Meredith is also trained and certified in Laser Periodontal therapy by the Institute of Advanced Laser dentistry.

Meredith has more than 24 years experience as a licensed dental hygienist, with 15 years in our office.  She provides routine preventive and maintenance dental services and assists in the treatment of periodontal disease at any level. She is a primary educator in the co-discovering, education and treatment of oral diseases and the maintenance of oral health.

Lori Prochaska - CDA

Lori’s smile is the first one you'll see when you enter the office. She has been the office manager for six years and has 27 years of dental experience.  As our expert in the front office, Lori is always ready to help you with any financial or scheduling needs.

Lori enjoys traveling, going to the beach, working out, cooking, and spending time with husband, Steve.

She attended Montclair State University and has her radiology license. She is CPR certified and is a member of the Dental Assisting National Board.

Erica Salicco - Registered Dental Hygienist

Erica has a fun-loving personality and a contagious smile.  It’s not unusual to hear her laughing with her patients and having fun. Erica and husband Greg are newlyweds and starting a family. She loves spending time with her son Alex and is excited about the upcoming birth of Alex's brother at the end of this summer. Erica was a dental assistant for one year before starting the Dental Hygiene Program at Middlesex County College.  She graduated from the program in 2000. Erica has been with us for 7 years. Her responsibilities include providing preventive and maintenance dental services to our patients and assisting in the treatment of periodontal disease.

Susan Hall - Registered Dental Assistant

Susan assists Dr. Bilow in caring for patients during many different procedures.  Her responsibilities include mixing materials, sterilizing instruments, taking and developing x-rays and tracking and ordering for implant and Invisalign cases. Susan is indispensable at ordering and tracking inventory, fabricating bleaching trays and niteguards. She has completed coursework in dental assisting and x-rays, and is CPR certified.  She is a member of the Dental Assisting National Board and is teaching a dental assistant course at Hazlet Monmouth Vocational. Susan likes the beach, gym, softball, and hanging with friends and family.

Linda Bronkowski - Registered Dental Assistant

Linda has a warm caring charm about her that will make you feel very comfortable and at ease when you are in our office .Linda has been a dental assistant for twenty years. She enjoys walking and spending time at the beach, making jewelry and traveling. She loves to hang out with her teenage daughter and fiance and family.
